1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Marketplace Meet‑Up Car Flags (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Product Description
We sell clip‑on polyester car‑window flags designed to help buyers and sellers identify each other during meet‑ups arranged through online marketplaces. Colors, dimensions, and materials are described on each product page. Minor variations in shade or sizing may occur and do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclusive of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors).
Payment is captured at checkout through the methods shown on the site.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated transit times are presented at checkout.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is handed to the carrier.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
5. All Sales Are Final – No Returns/Refunds
All merchandise is sold “as‑is.” Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason other than qualifying damage on arrival (see Section 6).
You acknowledge that car flags are exposed to outdoor conditions; fading, fraying, or breakage resulting from normal use, mishandling, or environmental factors is not covered.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection Window: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
Notification: If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, you must contact us through the online contact‑us form within 72 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged area
Resolution: We may, at our sole discretion, (a) ship a replacement of the same item, or (b) issue store credit. Cash refunds are not offered. Failure to follow the above steps voids any remedy.
7. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer
We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with product use, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, lost profits, or lost data. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
8. Safety Notice
Use the flag only while the vehicle is parked or traveling at low speeds (under 45 mph). Remove before highway driving or automated car‑wash entry. Failure to follow installation and usage instructions may cause damage for which we are not responsible.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and product designs are our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect upon posting to the site and apply to orders placed after that date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
